book? what book? bring me football in HD! i need to see the sweat coming from every pore!

One of those money drains that seems like such a necessity is the TV.  I have always had tv in my life; basic, cable, something was always there to keep me occupied. My husband had a tv but didn’t have anything more than bunny ears.  His parents were so anti-tv in fact, that they would rig the tv to not work when they were out of the house.  They should have realized that a PHD in one parent and Masters in Mathematics in another would equal children who were very, very savvy, and could thus jailbreak the tv when their parents weren’t home.  This wasn’t my life.  If I didn’t have the tv, I’d just read a book.  I don’t know how to hook up my internet.  I’m not joking.
