tomato, basil and burrata
I used to have a food blog before I gave up the name to my husband for a side project he does with a friend of his. Then the blog got hacked, and everything – I mean everything - I had written and photographed was gone. It made me amazingly sad, and even now sometimes I think about a recipe I had tweaked and tweaked until I got it to where I wanted it, written it down on the blog, and now it is no more. I wish I could remember everything I did – but even those pictures are gone, erased in a moment of frantic cleaning from my phone (because I photograph with my iPhone).
